The course also endeavors to discuss the basic issues involved in organizing of employees as trade union the origins, comparative institutional context and Influence on HAM practices. Financial Management

Financial Management means planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and utilization of funds of the enterprise. It means applying general management principles to financial resources of the enterprise. From an organizational point of view, the process of financial management is associated with financial planning and financial control. Financial planning seeks to quantify various financial resources available and plan the size and timing of expenditures. Financial control refers to monitoring cash flow. Inflow is the amount of money coming into a particular company, while outflow is a record of the expenditure being made by the company. Managing this movement of funds in relation to the budget is essential for a business. At the corporate level, the main aim of the process of managing finances is to achieve the various goals a company sets at a given point of time. Businesses also seek to generate substantial amounts of profits, following a particular set of financial processes.


Marketing Management

The Marketing Management Process consists of analyzing market opportunities researching and selecting target markets, developing marketing strategies planning marketing tactics, and implementing and controlling the marketing effort Marketing Management focuses on strategic marketing issues that marketing managers face every day. Marketing Management sheds light on hot topics like brand management um marketing technology, global marketing, B-to-B, services marketing and digital marketing to help managers keep pace with this rapidly changing field.


Production & Operations Management

Production and Operations management is the process, which combines and transforms various resources used in the production/operations subsystem of the organization into value added Product/services in a controlled manner as per the policies of the organization. Therefore, it is that part of an organization, which is concerned with the transformation of a range of inputs into the required (products/services) having the requisite quality level. The set of interrelated management activities, which are involved in manufacturing certain products, is called as production management. If the same concept is extended to services management, then the corresponding set of management activities is called as Operations management.


Systems Management

Systems management is the management of the information technology systems in an enterprise. This includes gathering requirements, purchasing equipment and software, distributing it to where it Is to be used, configuring it, maintaining it with enhancement and service updates, setting up problem-handling processes, and determining whether objectives we being met. Systems management is usually under the overall responsibility of an enterprise’s Chief Information Officer (CIO).
